Learn to draw an Eagle in traditional Coast Salish style with artist Andrea Fritz in this virtual art class designed for Grades 3-5. This class will include a traditional oral story, drawing practice of the basic Coast Salish shapes, and a guided drawing of an Eagle.

In this Earth Day author visit, Alison Gear will read her book Taan's Moons and share a bit about environmental stewardship, Indigenous ways of knowing, seasonal changes, and the felting process used by Haida Gwaii students to illustrate Taan’s Moons.
