Let's Celebrate National Indigenous History Month!

Get Unlimited Access to Our Indigenous Voices Events and Resources!

June is National Indigenous History Month – a month-long celebration dedicated to recognizing the extraordinary history, resilience, and diversity of First Nations, Inuit, and Métis peoples across Canada.

As part of our journey toward Truth and Reconciliation, we’ve had the privilege of meeting incredible Indigenous authors and speakers, including Nicola I. Campbell, Monique Gray Smith, and David A. Robertson.

We have gained invaluable insights into Indigenous cultures and traditions through our many Pow Wow Dance workshops, Coast Salish Art classes, and Author Visits.

Celebrate and learn with us through our new Indigenous Voices Vault Membership. Enjoy unlimited access to our entire collection of Indigenous Voices on-demand events and resources until the end of the school year.

3 Pow Wow Dance Classes

Discover the vibrant jingle dance, grass dance, and fancy dance through guided instruction and an introduction to regalia pieces with Shyama-Priya and David Whitebean.
